Updated Oil Rumor Spreadsheet Again

With Baker Hughes now back from vacation, there were a whole bunch of rig movements in Texas this week.  I updated the potential oil-targeted rigs on the Oil Rumor spreadsheet to stay current.

Does this mean what I think it means? A marginal gas well and zero oil or condensate or is their something else going on?

This result is not entirely surprising given that I heard that BP/Valence plugged the well above the Norphlet layer and didn't frack it. Why? Don't know.

Not sure what this result means. Inconclusive at best, but I wouldn't read it last rites just yet. Unfortunately, it probably means more unfounded speculation going forward.

It also says, "keep this permit active as they will be downhole comingle in the blocker (cotton valley)

From what I here BP is calling all the shots. GMXR gets ridiculed for chasing the oil but there are a lot of other companies doing the same thing. I am not going to mention their names but two have contacted us on leasing a tract that the lease has expired and they think there is oil in the Norphlet. I have also heard that the zone goes up to Cass and potentially to southern Bowie county. It would make sense to sit tight until you were ready and not release a game changing report in a RRC production report on the internet. If the leasing stops then maybe the report is what it is. If not hang on to your hats.
